You'll find that Sparkling Homes is dedicated to outstanding services. Our prices based on 1200 sq. feet start at $72 for recurring cleaning and $120 for a one time service. Prices are estimates.

Kitchen Cleaning Services

Clean and sanitize countertops
Small appliance cleaning - inside and outside of microwave
Exterior of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and cabinets
Clean and sanitize sink, faucet, and drain
Dust window sills / baseboards, clean patio doors, wipe off table and chairs
Dust light fixtures
Vacuum and mop floors

Bathroom Services Include

Shower and bathtub cleaned and sanitized
Clean glass doors
Vanity and sink cleaned and sanitized
Cabinets wiped down
Mirrors and chrome shined
Clean and sanitize toilet - inside and outside
Dust baseboards, ceiling vents, and light fixtures
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Empty wastebaskets

General Cleaning

Vacuum and mop tile and vinyl floors
Vacuum and damp mop hardwood floors
Vacuum all carpeting
Vacuum or shake out rugs
Dust and / or polish furniture
Remove cobwebs, dust windowsills, ledges and baseboards
Spot clean light fixtures, dust ceiling fans within reach, all furnishings and decorative items within reach
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces, spot clean prints on windows and doors
Empty wastebaskets
Vacuum stairs
